How To Use This:

[STEP 1] Make a copy of this.

Click the ‘Duplicate’ icon in the top right …

… now you have your editable copy.

[STEP 2] Add foods you like.

Check or uncheck foods from the All Foods directory.

They will automatically appear in your Grocery List.

—> Add 4 Proteins, 4 Vegetables, and 2-3 Fruits to begin each week.

Add Carb-Dense, Pantry-Staples, Quick-Cook, Snacks-To-Go, or Indulgence options that need restocking.

🟢 = Eat Often! 🟡 = Eat Sometimes. 🛑 = Eat Rarely!

The directory intentionally does not list every food in the world.

Three view options are given for the Grocery List: Table, Board, or Plain.
